An industrial property in Amityville has sold for $7.35 million.

J&M Real Estate Lam’s Group LLC, an entity registered to a distributor of Asian food products, purchased the 43,500-square-foot building on 1.4 acres at 10 Ranick Drive South.

The buyer, which does business under Lin’s Waha International Corp., is relocating from Syosset. The Town of Babylon Industrial Development Agency recently approved economic incentives for the company to acquire, renovate and equip its new Amityville location.

The Amityville building has two loading docks and two drive-in bays, as well as 16-foot and 20-foot ceilings. It had been occupied by E-Clips USA, a wholesaler of school and office supplies.

Jason Miller and Jeffrey Schwartzberg of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, as well as the seller, JDP LLC, in the sales transaction.
