First National Bank of Long Island held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new corporate headquarters and branch location in Melville.

First National leased 39,326 square feet of office space at 275 Broadhollow Road last year, taking space on the first and second floors with a drive-thru branch on the ground level. The bank has occupied the space since the spring and the recent ribbon-cutting event also marked the institution’s 95th anniversary.

The Melville location showcases the bank’s new branding, featuring its updated blue and grey logo and its marketing tagline “Go First. Go Far.”

“While there is much progress to celebrate over the bank’s 95-year history, one constant has remained the same: providing customer-first, relationship-driven service to the clients who entrust us with their business,” Chris Becker, First National president and CEO, said in a company statement. “I’d like to congratulate everyone who has contributed to our position as Long Island’s longest-standing, truly local, independent bank.”
