Brick-It, a manufacturer of brick veneer panel systems, is expanding and relocating to Bohemia.

The company subleased a 57,590-square-foot industrial building at 1401 Lakeland Ave. from New York Tent. Brick-It will be relocating from its current location on Central Avenue in Hauppauge.

New York Tent had been leasing the Lakeland Avenue property before it purchased two buildings in Bohemia in 2021. New York Tent acquired the 40,000-square-foot building on 2.61 acres at 100 Wilbur Place and the 30,000-square-foot building on 3.53 acres next door at 110 Wilbur Place to give them a combined 70,000 square feet in Bohemia.

Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties and Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty represented the subtenant Brick-It, as well as the main tenant, New York Tent, in the sublease transaction.
