Accounting, tax and advisory firm PKF O’Connor Davies is expanding and relocating to new offices in Hauppauge.

The firm is moving to a 20,329-square-foot space at 878 Veterans Memorial Highway, where it will open its offices on Jan. 1.

The move represents an expansion from PKF O’Connor Davies’ former 16,000-square-foot digs at 25 Suffolk Court. The expansion comes on the heels of additions to the firm’s team and provides increased space and amenities to accommodate its ongoing growth, according to a company statement.
“Our Hauppauge team has steadily expanded over the last few years, and this relocation ensures we are able to continue to grow for years to come,” Jeff Davoli, co-partner-in-charge of the Hauppauge office, said in the statement. “Our new location marks the start of an exciting new chapter in our office’s development while still being easily accessible by either the Northern State Parkway or the Long Island Expressway.”

The firm’s new Hauppauge office features increased amenities for employees, including more conference rooms and meeting spaces. There will be about 80 employees located at the new office.

“With an increased number of meeting spaces and numerous onsite amenities, our new location is well-equipped to serve the evolving needs of our team members and clients,” Joseph Ferreira, co-partner-in-charge of the Hauppauge office, said in the statement. “This new space is ideal for providing clients and colleagues alike with opportunities for connection and collaboration.”

Kevin McCarthy and Michael McCarthy of Cushman & Wakefield represented PKF O’Connor Davies, while Chris Stack, Ralph Guiffre and John Morris of CBRE represented main tenant Allstate in the sublease transaction.
