The priciest Garden City home sold in July was a 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath colonial on .30 acres at 135 Whitehall Blvd. that sold for $3.125 million. It was listed by Matthew Heaney, Ann Heaney and Angela Dooley of Compass and sold by Nancy Giannone of Coach Realtors.
A 5-bedroom, 4-bath colonial on .51 acres at 282 Stewart Ave. fetched $1.625 million. It was listed by Claudia Galvin and Matthew Minardi of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Nancy Giannone of Coach Realtors.
At 54 Saint James St. South, a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .25 acres went for $1.565 million. It was listed by Maribeth Quinn of Coach Realtors and sold by Laura Carroll of Compass.
