It was listed by Jason Friedman, Perla Nitzani and Rudi Friedman of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by their colleague Irene Sarraf.
A 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .38 acres at 20 Kings Place fetched $1.399 million in cash. It was listed and sold by Chung Ting A Ho of Chase Global Realty.
At 10 Meryl Lane, a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .11 acres went for $1.38 million. It was listed by Lainie Charmatz of Coldwell Banker American Homes and sold by Gwendolyn Levy of Compass.
