Sushi Noz, 2-star Michelin chef offer BBQ in your backyard

If you’re looking to up your barbeque game, consider this: Sushi Noz, the luxury sushi restaurant on New York’s Upper East Side, is teaming up with a two-star Michelelin chef, Takashi Anezaki of the restaurant Ryoriya-So Hokkaido in Japan, to offer Japanese barbeque right in your backyard.

The menu features salmon belly, king crab, and unagi, as well as specialty items like A5 Miyazaki wagyu beef and seasonal fruits from around Japan.

For a 15-course BBQ-style omakase menu cooked on your outdoor grill, you’ll pay 500 per person, with an additional $2300 per event for Anezaki and servers who will run the show. Transportation charges will depend on location, but events in the Hamptons will incur a flat transportation fee of $1,000.

The offering is available from Aug. 1 through Sept. 30. It can accommodate parties from four to 15 guests for a sit-down dinner. The chef is open to requests for larger events as well.
