An office property in Woodbury has sold for $8.2 million, after it was purchased for $6 million earlier this year.

PHRG LLC, an entity of Chester Pa.-based Power Home Remodeling Group, bought the 35,000-square-foot building on 3.68 acres at 420-424 Crossways Park Drive.

The company, which provides exterior remodeling services and products, including replacement windows, roofing and vinyl siding, will be relocating its Long Island headquarters from Melville to the Woodbury property.

The Plainview-based seller, Dunkirk Realty, had purchased the Woodbury property from RXR for about $6 million in January. First constructed in 1968, the building was renovated in 2016 when Cablevision leased it. It is currently vacant.

Ted Stratigos and Kevin Stratigos of Avison Young and Brendan Kelly of Cadence Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer, while Roger Wooster, Michael Rosenfeld and Adam Rochlin of The Rochlin Organization represented the seller in the sales transaction.
